Veyor — Branding for a bespoke luxury travel company

Veyor plans journeys for people who could book any of it themselves and would rather not. We built the brand around that distinction: a positioning that sells the return rather than the destination, an identity resting on a single arch — a threshold rather than a landmark — and a client record that turns “handpicked” from an adjective into a document.

Problem

Luxury travel is sold in a vocabulary nobody can check. Every operator promises handpicked properties, private access and journeys crafted around you, and every one of them wins that argument inside its own brochure. An aggregator will now assemble a version of the same itinerary in minutes, at a price no planner can match. The language and the price are both under attack. The accountability is not.

The Veyor identity applied across building signage, a brochure, an embossed notebook, business cards, the mobile app and a leather luggage tag, with the colour palette

Outcome

A positioning line that puts the argument where a booking engine cannot follow: anyone can sell the destination, so Veyor sells what you come back as. One mark to carry it — an arch with a road running through it, a threshold rather than a landmark — which holds debossed into a luggage tag and lit across a facade. And the Veyor Logbook: a bound record issued to every client and stamped one journey at a time, with the dates, the property and the name of the planner who ran it. It makes “handpicked” a document rather than a claim, and leaves the traveller with the one souvenir an aggregator cannot generate.
